Bereavement Program

The Farewell With Grace Bereavement Program collaborates with non-profit and private sector organizations to assist families in need. We offer a referral service that connects individuals with grief counseling and support groups in their local area. Our referral service is free of charge, and we encourage those seeking help to contact us for assistance.

In the year after the passing of a child under the age of 18, we will send the family a memorial gift to honor their child. These gifts are meant to offer condolences and support the family during a difficult time. The gifts will be sent out in November or December.

"Our team of staff and volunteers spend time creating and sending cards to the parents or legal guardians of children who have passed away before reaching the age of 18 on the anniversary of their passing. We want to ensure that families know we are thinking about them during this difficult time."
